The Academic Program Records contain curriculum records, planning guides, correspondence, meeting minutes, committee records, and materials related to specific programs conducted at Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and Buckingham Browne & Nichols.

Alumni/ae Association Records includes all materials created by the Alumni/ae Associations of Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and BB&N. Materials include correspondence, meeting minutes, and event programs.

The Athletics collection contains all holdings related to athletic programs and teams at Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and BB&N, as well as related health & wellness records. Materials include correspondence, policies, meeting minutes, event programs, photographs, film recordings, textiles, and memorabilia. Of particular interest are the materials from the 1929 Henley Royal Regatta.

Board of Trustees Records contains all records generated by or used during the work of the Board of Trustees for Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and BB&N. Materials include committee notes, meeting minutes, correspondence, photographs, handbooks, and ephemera.

The Buildings and Grounds Collection contains records created or used by the facilities departments of Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and BB&N. Materials in the collection include maps, architectural drawings, published books, deeds, plans, meeting minutes, photographs, correspondence, ephemera, and artifacts.

Business Office Records contains all records created by the Business Offices of Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and BB&N. Materials include deeds, meeting minutes, correspondence, and financial records.

Events and Traditions is a collection that includes materials from various events held at or by Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and BB&N, including but not limited to Soul Cake, the Buckingham Circus, and the Antiques Show. Materials include event programs, planning notes, committee minutes, publications, photographs, and textiles.

The Faculty and Staff Records include materials created by or about school employees as part of their work with Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and BB&N. Materials include committee reports, meeting minutes, correspondence, departmental notes, and photographs. This collection does not contain teaching materials, which are in Academic Program Records.

Heads of School Records contains materials created by the heads or head's offices of Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and BB&N. Materials include correspondence, meeting minutes, photographs, and committee records. Of particular interest are the materials of B&N founder George Browne, Buckingham principal Katharine Thompson, and the papers of Peter K. Gunness, the B&N Head of School who spanned the merger in 1974 and became the first Head of BB&N.

Office of External Affairs Records contains records created by the various offices of Alumni Affairs, Advancement, and Development at Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and BB&N. Materials include correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, fundraising records, printed ephemera, photographs, and audiovisual recordings.

The Parents' Association Records include records created by the various parents' organizations that have existed at Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and BB&N. Materials include meeting minutes, correspondence, and publications.

School Publications includes all publications created officially by Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and Buckingham Browne & Nichols. These publications include annual reports, The Bulletin, The Letter, handbooks, and directories. This collection does not include any publications created by students, which are in the Student Publications collection.

The Student Life collection contains materials that capture the student experience at Browne & Nichols, Buckingham, and BB&N. Materials include memorabilia, records from student groups, scrapbooks, photos, examples of student coursework, textiles, and artwork.

The Student Publications collection contains all periodicals and yearbooks published by students at Browne and Nichols, Buckingham, and Buckingham Browne and Nichols schools. The collection is currently unprocessed. Please contact the archivist with any questions.

The Teacher Training Institute Records are the institutional records of a collaborative graduate program run by BB&N and Lesley University (formerly Lesley College), which is designed to provide education students with classroom experience. The records include syllabi, professional literature, meeting minutes, planning documents, marketing materials, calendars, and published materials.

The Visual & Performing Arts collection includes materials from the schools' art, music, and theatre programs and productions. Materials include playbills, artwork, photographs, audio recordings, video recordings, and event programs. Of particular note are materials from the King-Coit era at Buckingham, which sparked a renaissance in how theatre was created and performed at the school.
